Contact requests are stored in our application and available to authorized administrators. Portal access is limited by account permissions. Hosting and any configured email services process information needed to operate the service. Server logs may include connection and request details.
Cookies and browser storage
The site uses session and security cookies to operate forms. The client portal uses browser storage to keep you signed in. This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
Your choices
Do not send passwords or sensitive information through the contact form. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you have provided, contact Horton Knows IT. Some business records may need to be kept for contractual or legal reasons.
